Anika has experience from facilitating knowledge presentations and workshops in collaboration with children and young students, professionals and educational authorities. She has studied sociology with a specialisation in political science.

Karoline has worked in kindergarten, and arranged activities for children and young people at reception centers. She has studied psychology and has an international master’s degree in Childhood Studies at NTNU.

Glorija has worked in child protection services and has contributed to professional development and advocacy work in the child protection field. She was previously a Pro in Changefactory.

Dania has contributed to big surveys, professional development work, and advocacy work in the justice, substance abuse- and child protection fields. She has previously been a Pro in Changefactory.

Pål has previously worked in schools and child protection. He has a background in music and cultural work. He is a qualified child protection worker.

Jannike has extensive experience in the leisure activities, school- and kindergarten fields. She has been a manager for various services for children and young people. She is educated as a child and youth worker and project manager.

Marija has worked as a photographer and worked in several parts of the world. She is educated in visual arts and has a master’s degree in international peace studies with a specialisation in media.

Eira has worked with activities for children and young people who are new in Norway, has been responsible for cultural events and has worked in kindergarten. She has studied social anthropology and musicology.

Viola has taught human rights to young people and worked with children in schools. She is a qualified lawyer and has a master’s degree (LL.M) with a specialisation in international human rights.

Suraj has worked for the Red Cross in community development. He has a master’s degree in computer science and sociology.

Marit is the founder of Changefactory. She has led national surveys, professional development and advocacy work for over 20 years. She is a social anthropologist, and has worked in organisations and municipalities.

Arild is a professor of community medicine. He was director of the Regional Center for Child and Adolescent Mental Health in the East and South Health Region (RBUP) 2010–21. He also works in the Centre for Evidence and Implementation.

Morten has been a photographer for over 30 years, for information, advertising and publishing. He is a qualified child protection worker.

Hæge is a trained photographer and has worked as a freelancer for 35 years for publishers, magazines and graphic designers, as well as photographing children.

Ruben is a filmmaker and multimedia journalist with experience producing both short and long videos for news channels, non-profit organisations, and advertising.

Sigridur has worked in accounting for 30 years and in CF since 2014. She is educated in economics and administration, English, teaching and European studies.
